Speech & Language Therapy

Speech and Language Therapy supports the identification and treatment of specific speech sound and language delays or disorders. In addition to customizing specific needs of the individual, The BHC team specializes in family-centred support in the Childhood Apraxia of Speech (CAS). Sessions can include: 

• Assessment for motor speech, speech sounds, and language for individuals 3 years+ 

• Consultation for treatment plans or integrative recommendations 

• Treatment of CAS, dysarthria, phonological disorders and articulation delays  

• In-person or telehealth services
